2016 Conservative convention in Vancouver

Conservatives are meeting in Vancouver to pay tribute to outgoing leader Stephen Harper and discuss policy and the party constitution.

I'm not writing out all the awards being handed out to volunteers and EDAs. Although I am curious about the criteria for "most improved" (Vancouver Kingsway won that, BTW. Pretty sure that was David Emerson's old seat.)
