Here's the current warnings for tomorrow. The wind warnings will likely expand to the majority of Newfoundland and then wouldn't be surprised to see blizzard warnings for Coastal Labrador with strong winds and heavy snow. Thursday stays windy across the province. #nlwx https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D3LUeolXcAE-9zn.jpg">https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D3LUeB_WsAEsKjn.jpg

Check out these cool cloud formations off the Long Range Mountains in the Wreckhouse area. Harrison Bragg from Searston, Codroy Valley, NL says this happens every time there is a high wind event like today and changes by the second. Winds could reach 180 km/h this evening! #nlwx https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D3QDVAMXoAAUqY4.jpg

Messy tonight for the West Coast. The winds shift to southwesterlies which means snow squalls tomorrow. Could see 15+ cm in some of the heavier bands and the strong winds continue tomorrow with near zero viz at times in the squalls. #nlwx https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D3QeFIEWwAAkrQE.jpg">https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D3QeEgdW0AEv-jS.jpg

The snow squalls for the West Coast continue tonight with a number of snow squall warnings in place. Could see a line develop for the Avalon as well. Otherwise we’re looking at generally partly cloudy skies tonight with the chance of few flurries for Central. #nlwx https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D3Vl8pkW0AMn5S8.jpg

The #NLwx map has gone from multi-coloured to a blank canvas this morning. We'll take it.
A bit of light snow for the island later today. Labrador can expect cloudy skies with flurries in the interior, increasing cloud/flurries in the southeast, and mainly sun elsewhere.

Tm looks generally sunny for parts of the Island, then cloudy with flurries or light snow for the West and NE coast down towards Bonavista North staying breezy through the day with westerlies between 40-60 km/h, and that means some locally reduced vis in the flurries. #nlwx https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D3qP5acWwAIo_Fo.jpg">https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D3qP4fEWwAIshgo.jpg
