Still looks like wet snow after midnight tonight for the Avalon, Eastern Newfoundland as well as the Baie Verte Peninsula. Just a few cm tho, don't worry. The weekend however...that's the best chance of seeing accumulating snow, I'm trying to push it away, I promise. #nlwx https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D6EsTd2W4AIcYGY.jpg">https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D6EsS0KW0AYyGs8.jpg

Looks like snow this weekend! 5-10 for Lab West, the southern half of the Island Sat night into Sun. As of now it looks like the higher elevations will bear the brunt of the snow, closer to the surface likely ~5 cm to as much as 10 cm in some places. Happy Mother's Day! #nlwx https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D6PFJn1WsAswI0p.jpg">https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D6PFJGpXsAEpWEe.jpg">https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D6PFIUTWwAEG4tT.jpg
