The lawyers are willing to sit extended hours or on the weekend. Judge asks about next week. Hamilton has court dates all next week.
We may come back Dec. 20. Clerk is checking sked. Judge says power's shut off on the weekend so that's not an option. I'll keep you posted.

Graves was to find out to what extent voter suppression may have been used in the 6 ridings, whether it affected partic parties...

Shrybman says much of the debate around Ekos evidence is whether it establishes ppl didn't vote because of the calls. He says it shows that.
Graves did a correlative analysis, Shrybman says, to try to assess from another angle.

Another Corbin criticism was possibility of ineligible voters answering (kids, non-cdns) or ppl making up answers.
Shrybman says no evidence that's a common phenomenon, but if it were, would be spread among results, inclu control group.
