  • The Weekend Forecast is looking very good for about 90-95% of the Province. Sun & Cloud on the menu for Labrador and most of the Island with warm temperatures too. In fact, Labrador, Western & Central Newfoundland will be looking at temps into the high 20°s and will even see some spots flirting and even getting lucky with 30° this Weekend. Happy Valley-Goose Bay to Cartwright to Mary's Harbour have a solid chance of seeing our first Provincial 30° temps of the season on Saturday & Sunday. Even Labrador City has a shot at 30° on Sunday. On the Island, Grand Falls-Windsor, Badger and parts of the Humber Valley have a solid chance at the 30° mark this Saturday & Sunday as well.
Temperatures will be cooler (near 12°) with an onshore coastal flow for Metro & right along the Northeast Coast & Southern Shore. Now if you're further inland, temperatures on the Avalon and along the Northeast Coast will be into the mid teens on Saturday and into high teens on Sunday. Saturday looks mainly cloudy in the morning with a chance of morning drizzle for the Metro area, more Sunny periods into afternoon, especially inland. Sunday looks similar with a chance of drizzle and some Sunny periods into the afternoon. If you're right in the City... might not be a bad Weekend for a road trip inland :)
