We're starting by looking at a contact list found on a phone backup.
One of the phone contacts that Lockhart is highlighting has the name "Isho," and there are 5 numbers for him.
There's also a 2537 Lakeshore address attached to that contact.
There's another contact the Crown is highlighting - "Kinks." It has Noudga's email attached to it. We're also seeing contacts for Laura Babcock and "Kowalski."
There's another contact entry labelled "Millard Farm." Another one labelled "Noudga home."
Falconer says the same phone number is popping up for "Kinks" and "Rubix." There's also a contact in here for "Say10."
"Shaner" responds: "Yeah 12 to 5 is fine. I will have 2 do some chekin on the tj."
Now texts from Sept. 28 2011 from "Jessica Cousin." Asking about "R U on email." Response from Millard is "email is so 90s."
The Crown is using the messages in an attempt to establish that Millard is the one using this phone.
Now we're looking at another message incoming from "Say 10" from 2012. "So uh you wanna chill tomorro. Call me on the other phone let's talk."
Another message sent from "Say10" -- "On my way home now. Link the 905 umber in like an hour. Im gunna go charge it."
Another message sent to "Say10" -- "Text this number. The other one died." This is from March 2012.
Falconer says these messages happened in the eastern time zone.
Now texts from a contact "Mi Negro" - "My other phones off. And charging. Gunna go for a smoke now. See u ina bit." This is also from 2012.
Conversation continues. Ends with a mention of having two different conversations with the same person on two different phones.
Now another conversation from June 2012. "Hey" is incoming. Response: "and whom might you be?" Response: "Lish0."
Now a text conversation from Oct. 22, 2011. This is to "Shaner" about ordering a "strobe kit." Conversation also includes Millard's Maple Gate address.
Another text mentions Millard's condo in Toronto.
Another text says "Yeah I've ben living here since January. 33 mill st. Apt 1907."
Another text says "Hey Jordana, it's Dell (307 riverside owner)." It's about viewing "the apartments."
Another text now to a Christine about setting up an account for a hydro bill. It's signed off with "Dell."
Now a text sent from "Dell" from 2012, talking to Riverside tenants about a washing machine.
Now a message sent involving "Shaner." It's about "trying to sell a house in Oakville for six months."
Now messages from "Shaner," asking for "the address for the farm." The response says it's on Roseville Road, Cambridge, Waterloo Regional Municipality.
Now a message sent from "Say10." "Jusgt so you know. I love you bro."
That's from Feb. 9, 2012.
Now messages to "Mi Negro." It says "Did u ever hear the expression 'dont trust anybody???' The took out the last part of the sentence, 'Except for me'!!"
Falconer now asking how he should describe ;). Crown says there's no dispute that "it's a winky face."
More messages sent from Mi Negro. It's about help before a GST cheque comes in. Again says at the end "u r like a brother to me. One I never had and vice versa."
So we're clear, all these texts are from the backup from "Dell's iPhone."
Now some texts about phone bill charges.
A text from Mi Negro to Millard's phone: "I need a pay check or a mission."
