In another text from May 11 2012, Millard says he "just got back from a month away in the states."
From Smich to Millard on April 8: "We gotta have the serious talk when u get back! Time for business to rise."
We're now looking at iMessages from Millard's phone.
These were deleted from the phone.
Millard says he has not had sex with Laura since "long before we had sex for the first time."
"At least give me some credit, I have higher standards than Laura," Millard writes at one point.
From Millard to Noudga on April 17, 2012: "From her dealings with me, I pity her, she really is mentally ill. from her dealings with you, mentally ill is no defense, I'm going to hurt her."
Now seeing more messages between Millard and Noudga from April 19, 2012. They're talking about her "obsession" with him.
"I fancy myself something of an undercover doctor. I think with the right treatment, these herpes can be gotten rid off," Millard writes.
"I will remove her from our lives," Millard writes in another message.
"I don't know why, but when you say things like, "from her dealings with you ... I'm going to hurt her, make her leave, remove her from our lived," I feel really loved and warm on the inside," Noudga writes to Millard on April 19.
"Nothing like sinister insinuations to make you feel all warm and fuzzy?" Millard responds.
All these messages were deleted from Millard's phone. Noudga also says "I love you Dell."
Babcock's mother looks right over at Millard as sexually explicit messages between he and Noudga are read out in court.
We're now seeing messages from Millard to "Kowalski." Millard asks if he could "keep updated on where Laura goes out to." This is from May 4 2012.

We're now looking at messages from Millard's phone with "Shaner." The crown says the heading for this tab in the presentation is "homemade incinerator."
This is from May 2012, and Millard is asking him to "put together a homemade incinerator."
"Incinerator ready? I plan on testing it Friday night," Millard wrote on May 24, 2012.
Now messages between Millard and Smich on May 25. From Smich: "Well there's no pint of goin till its ready. And we gotta bring something with bones in it ... I'll probably see u ina bit. If not then tomorro."
In another message on May 25, "Shaner" says the incinerator should be "ready for Monday."
In other messages from Millard to Smich from May 2012, Millard refers to a "BBQ" tomorrow.
Now seeing messages between "Shaner" and Millard on May 28, where Millard is being sent photos of what looks like a homemade incinerator. "This what you wanted," he asks Millard.
"That's the idea," Millard says, but adds it needs a guard for "large embers."
The jury now seeing a blown up photo of the incinerator, in a hangar.
They're seeing it from different angles. It looks like three or four green oil drums welded together.
Now another conversation between Millard and Smich from May 28. Smich asks: "Do u have any bones for tonight? Or we just putting it together?"
This comes after Millard sent a photo of the incinerator.
Millard responds: "I will have something." Smich then says "We should try something else aswell. Something wet. I'm just sayin. Wet like a p___y and hard like a d__k."
Another message from Smich: "Maybe we should get me a dog. Or your neighbors dog. Lol."
In other messages between Millard and "Shaner," on May 28, 2012, they're talking about moving the incinerator on a trailer.
On May 12, a message from Millard to Smich: "I'll reach around 9:30, we go do incinerator, cool?"
Court now seeing a photo of Smich in a New York Basketball Jersey, sitting on a couch. It's from a video file from May 29, 12:20 a.m.
It's a screen cap from a video.
A Google Maps query on the coordinates in the metadata show it was taken at Millard's Maple Gate home.
Now messages from May 29, from Millard to Smich, where he mentions going to Waterloo for "the incinerator."
Now messages from May 30, where Millard tells "Shaner" that the incinerator didn't work as he wanted, but said it's a "good prototype." "With modifications, I think it will deliver."
By the 30th, Millard is also texting Smich about "incinerator 2.0."
Now on June 4, 2012, Millard is talking with "Shaner" about "incinerator mods."
On June 8, "Shaner" is asking Millard if the incinerator is "up to snuff now."
Also seeing a screen cap of a conversation between Millard and Noudga, in which Millard is saying "Laura texted me, I did not text Laura." The two are arguing.
